Description:

Fruiting Body: cap 4-12 cm; stalk central, 6-11 cm long x 1-2 cm diameter. Spore Print Color: purplish brown. Spores: basidiospores 5-6 x 3-3.4 µm,ellipsoid, smooth, dark brown.

Diagnostic macroscopic feature: white mushroom with that stains reddish brown, with free gills that are dark brown when mature, with white stalk and annulus growing in grassy areas
