Fruiting Body: cap 4-12 cm; stalk central, 10-20 cm long x 1-2.5 cm diameter, slightly enlarged at base. Spore Print Color: white. Spores: basidiospores 7-10 µm diameter, globose, smooth, hyaline, blue in Melzer's.

Diagnostic macroscopic feature: pure white, smooth cap and stalk with annulus, volva, free gills and white spore print are diagnostic for several deadly poisonous Amanitas; A. bisporigera turns yellow with application of 10% KOH
