Fruiting Body: cap 4-8 (12) cm; stalk central, 4-8 cm long x (0.7) 1-2.5 (3) cm diameter; pores 0.5-1/mm, angular. Spore Print Color: olive brown. Spores: basidiospores 11-14 (15) x 4.5-6 µm, ventricose, inequilateral, yellowish brown.
